BidRecover AI helps HVAC contractors recover revenue from unsold replacement estimates. This notice explains how your data is used.

What we store

• Your company profile and user account (password stored only as a bcrypt hash).
• Estimates you upload, and AI analyses, follow-ups, and outcomes derived from them.

Multi-tenant isolation

All estimate data is scoped to your company. Users from one company can never view or access another company's data. Every data query is filtered by your authenticated company ID.

Customer PII

You may anonymize customers by using an ID instead of a full name — phone and email are optional. We do not log full customer PII in server logs. You can delete uploaded estimates at any time, which cascades to all related analyses, follow-ups, and outcomes.

AI processing

Estimate context is sent to a configured LLM provider to classify objections and draft follow-up messages. Scoring uses a deterministic engine combined with a bounded AI refinement. If AI is unavailable, the app falls back to deterministic scoring only.

No automated sending

BidRecover AI never sends messages to your customers automatically. All follow-ups require your explicit review and manual send.
